Dave and Irene,

WOW! I know as a Christian in my American cultural way of thinking and reacting that I need to see to be reminded of how God's timing is the absolute best. I have been studying the Beatitudes again recently following some great teaching by Reed and Craig Barnes. The beatitudes are not something to achieve, but are the result of being with God in his fullness.

Your posting following the months of prayer and walking out the faith He has given you confirm the heart of the beatitudes, the revelation of the experience of God in all our circumstances, starting with the hardest, being poor in spirit. It is in in being poor that we find how rich we are. Being poor in spirit gives us the chance to see how rich God is without any of our trappings to block his image. The blessing.

We rejoice in the great news, but as these lyrics above state, God is always faithful and in such comes the blessing of both knowing and experiencing him.

We will continue to pray for God to be revealed and that his Glory will be made known that you may sing of the blessings he bestows upon you both!

Our love and blessings!
