Breathtaking, panoramic views and a warm, balmy day on the Monterey Bay….

Shirley Churchill worked with Irene on physiology techniques designed to wake up the kidneys for about 3 hours while Ken and I casually strolled the Rio Del Mar beach. Afterward, Irene and I valued an extended lunch at Stagnero’s on the busy Santa Cruz Wharf.
Irene’s energy was better today and the nausea was tolerable. She did experience a severe early morning (4.45 a.m.) cramping episode in her right calf. However, her blood pressure was within a more acceptable range of approximately 110/65 throughout the day, and, after a rest, she was able to enjoy the garden into the evening hours.
Irene is very appreciative for the continued prayer intercession on her behalf which gives her strength, day by day!!
