Thanks for checking in.

Irene’s still experiencing significant amounts of pain during EVERY dialysis treatment…it’s literally BRUTAL for her each Monday, Wednesday & Friday because for about the last 90 minutes of treatment, the pain is beyond definition.

We’re exploring many options with the AMAZING team @ UCSF.

On non dialysis days, most would still not even realize she’s experiencing such challenges.

Thanks for checking in. Irene’s nausea is @ 10 on a range of 1-10. It’s a rough evening and looks like it’s going to be long night.

Hoping she bounces back in the morning…her usual routine…but not an experience which one would wish upon one’s own worst enemy.
