Well……

Irene had a rough dialysis today. 

She experienced another needle infiltration, PALE from very LOW blood pressure (when have you heard anyone say that about Irene?), severe cramping, NAUSEA raging and other complications not appropriate for reporting and public consumption.

She had another round of EPO, to increase her energy; she literally FORCES herself out of bed every day.

Hoping for a rebound and better tomorrow…and if her pattern continues…she usually does…!!!

6.30 p.m.

Thanks for checking in.

The medical technicians released Irene early from treatment yesterday because the needles were causing intense pain.  Fortunately enough fluid and toxins had been removed so she didn’t have to return today.  She goes back tomorrow for yet again another new time… 11.45 a.m.  She will leave the house around 11.20 a.m. and return home by 4 pm….hopefully…at least that’s the plan…!!!

Her nausea is remaining at bay; the best news is that the WRIST therapy is allowing her more mobility…slowly but surely making progress.  Yay…!!!

8.30 p.m.

Thanks for checking in…!!!

Irene enjoyed the day…!!! 

She was able to wrestle through last night and was up and around early this morning (well, 8.30 am… .  We were able to work around the house and get several errands complete before day’s end.

She even enjoyed a HAMBURGER today! Now, THAT’S what I’m talking about…!!!

Hoping that tomorrow is equally as good…!!!
