Despite a needle infiltration within moments of dialysis treatment today, Irene muscled through it and is now home wrestling through the evening, challenged by chronic nausea and fatique.  We’re up at O’Dark thirty, planning for the 90 minute drive and 6 am arrival time at UCSF.
