After Irene enjoyed the weekend she experienced another needle infiltration at dialysis today.  She’s ICING and ELEVATING….amidst trying to find a comfortable position.

The nausea RAGES.

Shirley Churchill is the gift that keeps on giving…!!!

Shirley treated Irene for two hours this morning while she was receivng dialysis treatment.  Shirley uses a technique designed to aid blood flow and organ function…and she’s been doing so on a weekly basis for almost 2 years…!!!

It’s amazing that she and her faithful husband, Ken, left their Menlo Park home this morning at 6 a.m. in order to do so.  Menlo Park is a one hour drive from the dialysis center.  Ken and Shirley have 8 fantastic children…!!!  Can you imagine the sacrifice they made…collectively, as a family, in order to enhance Irene’s treatment protocol this Christmas Day…??

It’s AMAZING…!!!
