Your Isaiah 40 reflections today really spoke to my heart. I resonated with your words both in relationship to Irene and to the life journey we are all walking. Bless you. I think there is deep meaning and power in the eagle as a symbol for Christian living.

Irene, we continue to pray for you daily, even waking up many times in the night as we are summoned to pray for you. We are contending for complete healing and encouragement and fullness of life for the journey…we do miss you. Thoughts of you bring smiles to our faces and sunshine to our hearts…we do not waiver in our intercession for you, for Dave, and for your precious and talented daughters.
